Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before your order has shipped, but are not guaranteed. Once the order is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please contact us immediately at shipping@loopbiolabs.com if you need assistance.
Incorrect Information
Please be sure to double-check your information at the time of purchase. If there are incorrect details reflected in your transactional email receipt, you have 10 minutes to email shipping@loopbiolabs.com for corrections. Loop Labs is unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
International Orders
International orders (if placed against policy) are made at the buyer’s risk. Loop Labs is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or lost packages.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
