All products sold by Loop Bio Labs, LLC are for research and educational use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, nor are they for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic purposes. These compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and should not be used to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If we suspect that products are being used for personal use, and you are not a research institution, we reserve the right to cancel your order and block you from placing future orders.
Do you provide any information on dosing or reconstitution?
No. Loop Labs sells research-use-only peptides to qualified researchers. Because these products are not FDA-approved for human use, we cannot provide guidance on dosing, reconstitution, administration, or storage.
If you require end-user protocols, our products may not be appropriate; repeated requests for such guidance may result in order restrictions under our terms.

What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory settings to investigate potential biological effects. These peptides may be studied in the context of cellular signaling, growth regulation, or metabolism—but they are not approved for clinical use.
What is the quality of your research peptides?
Each batch undergoes third-party testing to verify identity and purity (99%+).
Are Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available?
Yes. COAs are available upon request and are intended solely for informational and verification purposes. COAs do not imply approval or endorsement of safety, efficacy, or legal use.
Do I need a prescription to purchase from Loop Labs?
No. Our products are not drugs or dietary supplements and do not require a prescription.
Are Loop Labs products safe?
LOOP Labs does not make any claims about the safety, efficacy, or appropriate application of its research peptides. LOOP Labs disclaims all liability related to the use or misuse of any product.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. You can order a single vial or subscribe to multiple, whatever fits your research needs.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. LOOP Labs currently ships only to addresses within the United States. International orders cannot be accepted.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During periods of high volume, please allow up to 4 business days for us to drop off your order for dispatch.
Important: All delivery times are estimates. Once a package has been dispatched, transit speed and potential delays are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

What if my tracking shows a delay?
We do our best to ship quickly, but once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are in the hands of our shipping partners. If it’s been more than 14 days past your estimated delivery date, please email us at shipping@loopbiolabs.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Ground shipping is free beginning with the second order of any active subscription (recurring) and during select promotional periods for subscriptions totaling at least $76. The initial subscription purchase does not qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. We ship to physical street addresses only.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?
Due to regulations and product classification, we do not ship to military addresses at this time. We recommend using a valid U.S. domestic address during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
What if my order fails to deliver?
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts (e.g. nobody available to receive it), it won’t be resent automatically. You can request reshipment within 5 days by emailing shipping@loopbiolabs.com. A reshipment fee may apply.
What should I know about receiving my order?
Peptides should not be left outside or unrefrigerated for extended periods of time. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure you can promptly receive your shipment. If you will be unavailable at the time of delivery or prefer signature confirmation, you must request this directly through the shipping carrier. LOOP Labs is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the carrier, including loss, theft, or damage due to exposure. It is your responsibility to arrange secure delivery and proper storage upon receipt.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes after checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Do you offer a delivery guarantee?
Yes! If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, and your shipping information was correct, you’re eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No. Only one promo code may be applied per transaction. This includes promocodes that are permanently attached to your account.
Do promo codes apply to subscriptions?
Yes, promo codes can be applied when starting a new subscription. The discount will apply to your initial charge only. After that, your subscription will automatically renew with the standard 10% off recurring discount.
Where do I enter a promo code?
You can enter your promo code during checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will apply automatically before you complete your purchase.

You may pause, cancel, or change your subscription settings at any time by logging into your Loop Labs account. Please note that changes must be made before your next billing cycle.
How often will I be charged?
You will be billed automatically at the frequency you selected at checkout. A reminder email is sent before each charge.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
